Content created through our platform may be subject to licensing agreements between creators and brands. UGC LATAM respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. You retain ownership of your original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Prohibited Conduct

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UGC LATAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to UGC LATAM in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UGC LATAM, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

9. Termination
